New MH lenght of time

How long should I run my MH when I first install them? I have been running 206w pc's that I run 10 hrs a day. Thanks for the info in advance.

When I upgraded I started at like 4 hrs and went up a 1/2 hr each day until I reached 10 hrs. 8 hrs left side, 2 hr delay, 8 hrs right side. Atinics 12 hrs. I never decreased the atinics.

Yeah you need to start with a short amount of time and then bump them up slowly.
