Hello everyone! I just ordered the 24 gal nano cube from dr foster and this will also be my very first saltwater tank. I was wondering if you could tell me how much water flow I will need for this tank. Its the Koralia Water Circulation Pump Nano 240gph. Also is 20lbs of live sand enough or should I buy more?

20lbs is enough, not sure on water flow you should be good for a while with stock pump best advice is take it slow, are you purchasing cured live rock or uncured, try to get a pound of live rock per each gallon, i have 23lbs in my 24g aquapod and i still have plenty of room in my tank.
Check your water paremeters daily till your cycle is over, id check them daily after that anyways because its so addicting.
Make sure you get testing kits for (PH, Ammonia, Nitrites, Nitrates) those are your primary ones, later you can get (Calcium, alk, mag) also get a hydrometer.
get cured rock cycling uncured takes to long but i guess in this hobby patience is virtue. i am new to this but ill help as much as i can.

20 lbs of LS prob won't be enough. I have 26 lbs total in my 12 gallon, with subsrate underneath and LS on top. I'd go at least 35 lbs in the 24.
As far as flow, I ended up just adding one PH (a 600 gph that I restricted the flow on). That creates enough flow for FOWLR, IMO. You might need a second, but I doubt it, if its placed correctly.
Also, instead of a hydrometer, spend the $40 and get a refractometer. They're actually easier to use, and much more accurate.

Also, have you thought about heating? I thought I could get away without a heater, but ended up needing to put a heater in the back chamber in order to get up to 79 - 80.
If you're planning on LR, try to get real cured rock if possible. I was able to cycle extremely quickly using the LR, LS, and 'the shrimp method.'

I have 20 pounds of sand in my 24 gal aqupod.
There is a thread on it in this section.
I added a koralia nano powerhead, nice flow. I am going to add another one to the other side when I start adding sps corals.
