New nanon tank help

I am trying to start a small nano tank and wondering if you guys can help me out.
I have bought:
All-Glass Mini-Bow 5 Aquarium
Red Sea Deco Art Nano Filter
Red Sea Deco Art Nano Filter Replacement Pads
Hagen Aqua Glo 15 Watt Blue Incandescent Aquarium Light Bulb
I need a good heater to.
Not trying to spend alot of money jsut a small project.
This is what I have. I havnt bought any fish for it yet.
Any set ups you may have under $75. Please tell me.
Im not really trying to make it a all out nano tank just a live rock or 2 and some coral/ inverts.

75 bucks is kinda thin
id say spend it on live rock and regular sand since live sand is about 35 bucks a bag.
maybe youve got a buddy that will spot you a scoop o two to put over crushed coral(cheaper) to help seed the system. although the live rock will seed the sand or crushed coral. then let it cycle with the live rock alone. no live stock. people forget that live rock is live and produces all the chems that fish do after a meal. get a goo testkit any measure your parameters. then add a couple of hermits and one or two snails(although snails can be a pain nocking over stuff in a small tank. if you see my nano its devoid of snails for that reason)
