new naso

i just picked up a naso tang today. saw him at the lfs and couldn't resist. i have him qt'ing in the 30 gal righ now and in a few day's i am going to be getting my 150 set up and transfering my 55gal over to it so in a month the naso will have a nice big home to enjoy.

Good luck on your new fish! Most opinions on the naso tang is that they are generally a hardy fish. In my experience, I've lost two blonde naso already. It'll be a while before I will attempt this fish again. :nope:

i hope i have good luck with this fish. he is so cute right now he is only about 2 inches long, and soon after going into the tank he was eating sorry to hear about your losses

My second attempt at the naso was better than the first. He was eating and swimming but later came down with ick and never recover.
