New need advice

Hello everyone. I was just given a 55 gallon tank for free the only problem is it has real bad calcium stains(?) on it i was wondering if anyone had any easy clean up ideas. I tried windex and it didn't work. Some one told me to try CLR but i wanted to ask here first. Any help would be much apprieciated. Oh i will be using it for a fish only tank( i live in hawaii can't have coral) Thanks. :jumping:

WINDEX?!?!?!?! :scared:
NEVER use anything with ammonia!! That is poison to SW creatures.
Use vinegar and water. Rinse it out, rinse some more, and then rinse again. Then fill with fresh water and Amquel, drain and rinse again.

If it's a glass tank, USE A RAZOR BLADE. Never use cleaning solutions.

Or soak it in vinegar solution and use a razor blade, combine it!
