Thought you might like to see how my 180g custom acrylic tank is coming along . I am now starting the plumbing stage .. I will be adding pics as it gets completed ... this is in my basement .... tell me what you think .. thanks
Looks great. Maybe some day I'll convince my wife to let me use the wall in the den to place a tank. I have a 2' space between mt den wall and bathrrom wall, currently used as a storae closet...someday just maybe...tankplumbing will in there
thanks for the compliments . I have been a kiss fan since around 1976 , and have more than enough Kiss stuff , so my wife says ... anyway lighting : 3- 250 w metal halides , 2 - 6' VHO .... I will see how that does and go from there . still in the planning stages of the canopy ....
muy bien! yo me gusta.
on the topic of KISS, the local radio station here in DC just interviewed Paul Stanley this morning. He pretty much confirmed that summer will have a KISS/Aerosmith stadium tour. Pretty cool huh??
It's coming along great! And if the drums bother them just plug in the lava lamp to calm em down But really are the drumns in the same room? I have heard that loud noise, music etc. stresses fish out.
they are in the same room , I have a plexi glass dome I can put around the drums when I practice . keeps the volume way down + I have acoustic tile 1100 sq ft that runs the entire length of the one room . This should keep the bass down ( somewhat )
Do I see a GONG in that pic?
you bet , all sabian ...
Can't really say much about KISS but Tank construction is looking good!
thanks !!! I am trying to do the plumbing now . Can someone please post pics of the bulkheads they use . I have to drill the overflow for 2 - that go into sump and 1 that returns to the tank . I am running a dolphinmate 3000 .
I really need to see a up close pic of a bulkhead ... thanks
The drum kit looks great too. How long have you been playing?
I have been playing drums about 24 years . started lessons when i was around 7 ...
thanks for the compliment on the tank also thanks mercedes ..
