i see the old dead algae on the overflow - so are you starting over or did you buy used?
And I see that light is sitting on the acrylic or glass pieces.... that's probably disaster waiting to happen. I would either get different legs or rig something up more stable.

Well i got it new and was up and running for about 4years then i had to tear it down and move cause of a breakup with the xwife so now its up and running again im stoked my reef makes me happy the tank has been running now for about 3weeks but i still need about 50 more pounds of LR in there and those things that are holding the lights up are glass never had a problem with it i dont have any kids or any dogs or cats that will knock it over but you could be right lol crap does happen i wish i had some pics when it was full off stuff the lights are two 150 watt 10,000 k hqi's and two 40 watt atinics
