New propogation tank, In need of advice

I have just started to fill a new propogation tank for myself. It is 30 gallons. How strong and what type of filter do I need? How should I set it up? What corals should I start to frag first? After fragging do I need to acclimate the corals from my one tank to the propogation tank? I have a 140 watt light, is this strong enough? Any ideas please message me.

What kinda light? Ya know that everyone will tell you to get a halide for best results.

yeah i would say bite the bullet and get a single 250 watt mh setup and i would run a constant calcium drip too. flow, i would make about 10X your tank size per hour, or 300gph, for decent flow for most things. if u want sps i would make that more 20X atleast.
