not eating never comes from the sand.a week now theonly thing i could think of it may be eating some of the mini turbos in my tank at night.

Try raking the sand when you feed your other fish. Get him out and about mingling. I don't have anything agressive in mine, so it only took my radiant about a day to come out and play. When he does I promise it will be worth the wait.

i dont think raking the sand will do anything more then stressing the fish out. From what i know about wrasses, they will come out when they feel comfortable.

Not only do they hide there, they sleep there, in the sand. This is a red cigar just waking.
Let your radiant do what he needs to.
Oh, and keep an eye on your hermit crabs, aside from the turbos! Also, if you have any worm population, your radiant probably is getting plenty to eat.
Have you kept wrasse before now?
