Hey everyone,
Just got this Red Cynarina "doughnut coral" and had a few Q's. Anyone have one and can share some info. How do you get it to spot feed, does it need to be fed. Hi-med-low light and current?
I have heard different things and need some accurate advice :notsure: ...
Thanks for any feedback

Cynarina lacrymalis They dont like strong light. Best in the sand so it does not open and get damaged by rubbing the rocks. Spot feed chopped meaty stuff when it opens it feeding tenticals, normally feeds at night....

Upgrading I guess, I recently purchased 44lbs of LR to fill in the gaps on the tops and sides, well I got the 44lbs and the next day another 44lbs showed up. opps someone made a mistake :hilarious . Well that opened alot more space to put some stuff. A friend of mine owes me some $ for some work I did for him and is paying some if it off with the rics. How can I resist that

Hopefully! Still trying to work out the plumbing! I need to go to Home Depot and play around in there for awhile, see what I can find that I need. Good thing I got paid yesterday!

I didn't have one of those but I did have a scylomia (mispelled I know) but they are very similar. I was feeding it pellets, mysis and krill but my clowns fell in love with it for some reason and would not leave it alone. Out of all things in my tank, I think they might have been trying to host it but because of all the picking they were doing on it, the thing started to look bad so I traded it back in with the LFS and got full credit. I hated to do that but I wanted to do it before it was too late. Here it is:
