New reef shark

hi i just bought a blacktip reef shark at my lfs it is in my 29 and it seems to be doing good i dont kno much about them if anyone ahs info on them please tell me

Well your tank is way to small for one.
They grow up to 6 feet.
The aquarium needs a tight fitting lid because they are known to jump out.
These sharks are foragers and need very large aquariums to live in.

I suspect Francesux is a troll...if not, and this post is in earnest, PLEASE take that shark back to the LFS and/or donate it to a professional institution that can take proper care of it. IMO this kind of large predator just has no place in even the largest home aquarium and it is certain to fare very poorly indeed in a 29.
