hey guys well i just set up a 5.5 gallon with a 25watt lighting system and tomorrow i am getting a new frag i was wondering if i can put it higher in my other tank that only has a 20w bulb?

what kind of frag are you getting. That will make the difference in if you put it and the very top of your tank or at the bottom.
IMO I don't think that is enough lighting for alot of sps ,clams,and anemones
