yo i have the same unit except it is the hi s 60gpd one. first off u need to take out the DI cartridge and store it in an air tight bag while running the unit for the first time. then toss the first 10 to 12 gallons and check the TDS reading it should be zero or close to it.(like 1) once u get that reading put the DI cartridge back in and ur ready to go. btw i just got mine last week its awsome so far!
