I thought he wanted to keep it too. I talked to them this morning and he's still set on selling the tank, but my mom is looking like she won't let him. And in this house, what she says goes. So maybe it won't go afterall. We just put in new halide bulbs today. Same bulbs as before just a different brand. 14k 150w Hamilton bulbs. They look a lot bluer than I remember the Coralifes being when I first put them in. I know they take a little time to burn in. Oh well. They still look good and the corals love them. I am having issues with the clowns though. The female hosts my Sebae anemone, and the male alternatingly hosts the frogspawn and the torch and now they are both picking my clams. Hopefully they will stop before they cause and damage. They used to host one of them but they've moved on. They don't really bite them or anything. They just swim close enough to make them close and when the clams are in the process of opening back up the clowns come back. It's making me a little mad. I like my clams more than I like those stupid clowns. For being so small they have HUGE attitudes.
Every time I put my hand in the tank to do anything they bite me. And recently the female has been using her teeth. What a jerk. Oh well. I won't be here to deal with them for much longer anyways.

Don't know what to tell you about your clowns, maybe one of the experts can shed some light on what to do.

Just an update. We are now keeping the tank again. I wish my parents would stop flip flopping on me. It's stressing me out. On top of that I have exams all next week and I have to apply for scholarships and whatnot now that I've finished applying to college. I may get a nano in college but I don't know if it would be convenient cuz I would be leaving it all alone at the dorm for weeks at a time. Maybe the next year. I dunno. I won't be leaving the hobby though. That's for sure. And the clowns have decided to leave the clams alone. The female is hosting in the anemone and the male is in the torch coral. I'm glad they stopped cuz the clams never got a chance to settle in and were always jumping off their rocks. Now they are finally staying put.
