New Saltwater tank

I have a 37 Gallon Eclipse Tank and would like to start a fish only saltwater aquarium.
I have the following components:
150 watt Acura heater
Marine basic Seachem test kit
Instant ocean 50 gal mix
48 hour safe cycle salt kit
Seaflor Aruba Shell
Tahitian moon sand
I guess my question is what else do I need? I was supplied with a filter that came with the aquarium will this do or can you recommend a better alternative? Also, I would like some help setting up my tank. I realize that it will be a while before I can add fish, but when I do I would like a species that is indigenous to the waters of Indonesia.

its good that you know you want fish from indonesia. Try to match the water quailty from that region (PH, Temp, salinty, etc.) should be pretty easy to find that info.
What kind of filter came with the aquarium? Are you planning on running fish only (using copper) or a more natural system? There are tons of questions but there are 2 basic schools of thought - natural or "assisted" --- and there are levels inbetween. The 1st decision you need to make is copper (yes/no)
Good luck!

If it is what I am thinking of I don't suggest using the 24 safe cycle kit. It is supposed to speed up cycling your tank. I have never heard of a kit that is supposed to work within 24 hours but I guess anything is possible. I have read that the kits which speed up the bacteria growth is not the best way to cycle your tank in the long run.

I was asked what kind of filter I have by the people that replied to my first question? So I posed this question to Petsmart where I bought the tank and was told it might be natural. So I am not sure. I do know that it has a bio wheel and carbon filter. This may or may not help in identifying the filter. If you can suggest a filter that will work well in a fish only tank It would be appreciated.
Thanks again to those who already replied to my first question.

It's an "eclipse" filter. Its a one piece filter built into light hood thingy? I've see them in the big pet stores.
I don't think most people on this site would reccomend that particuar set up for salt water fish. I'd think about contacting eclipse and finding out what they reccomend. Interestingly enough, I just did a quick search for "eclipse tank" and I could not find a company site, but I did find some user pages. Most of these people were setting up reef tanks, but the long term viability of the reef in this system is questionable.
Does the eclipse reccomend SW at all? I'll be they have SW pictures, but what does the documentaion say?

It is not natural, lr and ls is natural(and teamed with a skimmer and adequate circulation, THE BEST, imo)
eclipse makes filters described as such adn they are considered biological, since they do use a bio whell, but......
One thing I can say for sure si that I know of several who use them and were soon looking for any other thing they coudl rig and use instead.
