woke up this morning and heres where I am at!

stuff floating like bubbles that look gross but everything on the bottom keeps moving with the powerhead and everything comes out to 510gph in my small 29 gallon

im going to get 40 pounds of live rock, im going to order it today or tomorrow, then I will get probablly 15 crabs, few snails, 3-5 peppermint shrimp...after that ummm clownfish, firefish..not really sure but along those lines..
its at 79.7 F. Is that good degrees?
