New Shark

Chiloscyllium Griseum ( Grey Bamboo Shark) Max Length 28.9 in.
Just a few preview shots befroe the tank pics come tonight...I dont want to show him off too much yet!! he looks fat and healthy and im VERY happy with my purchase!!

well worth the wait , evan though i was pulling hair out i was soo nervous, and yes i got him shipped, unfortunatly i have to order all my animals since my lfs is wierd... but that will be 2 for 2 on beutiful, fat, healthy livestock from two different place with my ray and shark!! lets hope my luck continues with all my other orders!!
tank pics will be coming later on, ig ot a few but hes relaxin in the caves so i dont want to bother him just yet, although i sneak some pics in when he goes swimming around the tank!!

have you order from the same place 2 times or different, and i know your not suposed to use other names on this site but can you abreviate where you got him, i would like to know a good place as well. my lfs are kinda weird too. thanks jason

thanks for the compliments guys!! im starting to get some real nice pics of him as the day goes on!! Reef: i actually got my ray and shark from 2 diff. places. like i said both great animals but i would never order from them again for various reasons.. on the other hand i have two other places i order form that have great fish, fast delivery and AWESOME customer service so ill be stickign with them from here on out(since they have all the fish that i want) they didnt have the shark or ray i wanted so i couldnt go witht hem..

I've actually never heard of Chiloscyllium Griseum.

Myself and a few friends are opening a fish store and I'm starting the 8' x 3 x 30" lagoon today. Chiloscyllium Griseum would be perfect for this size lagoon.

no offense guys, but i dont want to give links out, out or respect to the thread, and also it will start a frenzy of people asking me where i got him and since he only geta 28 inches if he coul dbe house in a 110 gallon tank

BTW, some of those pics look like the shark's swimming around a toilet bowl. :thinking:

o.k as promised here they are..only two though..i want to wait to show you the good ones... BTW it is a female(nothign but trouble!!) and yes i do drip acclimate in my toilet so that i can just flush when the water gets too high!!

i have decided to name him "shark" very original right?

You never told me this! PLEASE tell me how things go, this is one option I have for a career.

Awesome, Just awesome. How big is she? Please tell us all how everything goes. Feeding,ect....
