today i just got a skimmer, it works great and everything. heres the deal i have a 29 gallon tank, the skimmer can skim up to 180 gallon tanks i bought that one becuase in a year or so i plan up upgrading to a much bigger tank and didnt want to have to buy another skimmer. the skimmer has a powerhead and it puts out water pretty fast and it does leave a current. my question is...is this okay? i have one coral..some zoos and it sits right below where the smimmer is. this may be a stupid question but i just dont want anything bad to happen..

depends i quess on how much current it is putting in there. some corals need high current soem medium and some need alot if it seems like to much move the corals away from the current. watch the corals they will tell you if they are unhappy.
