New Store with SW Fish

I am doing my research on SW so I can get into the hobby. Right now I have a 46 gal bowed front fresh water tank with Africans. The fish store (wetpets) I get my Africans from just started SW about 4 months ago. I am a little nervous in purchasing from them because they are new at salt water. I dont want to put in a lot of money if what they started isnt going to last. Their tanks look nice and seem to be living well. Should I be nervous?
Also...When I set up a salt water tank should I try to match my salinity with the fish store I buy from? How does that work?

I would be very cautious about buying anything from a store that has been keeping salt tanks for that short of a time.
As for matching salinity,This is usually not the best idea,as most fish shops keep thier salinity very low to tyr to curtail parasites.
You should shoot for .020-.023.

I'm with Salty. The best thing to do is, get some opinions on here before you buy anything.
