no matter what combination you do anda combination you will need. easy coralls need about for watts per gallon and hard to keep corals about 8 watts per gallon. you will need a combo of actinic 10.000k for easy and mh for hard to keep.

im not sure what your talking about im just talking about the lunar lights that you use for night time viewing is all

Moonlight covers? That's strange. My fixture has individual blue and white led lights.
yeah mine came with some blue plastic covers that go over the white led's so i have a choice between white and blue

That's interesting. I had two different Current fixtures and both of them had individual LEDs and half were white and half were blue. I can definitely see where a blue cover wouldn't look as nice as when the LED itself is actually colored. Oh, well. At least you're happy with it otherwise.

Actually thats entirly not true.... there are a lot of threads available regarding lights. Do a search, but to sum up in a simple statment. Bulb type is what will determine how intense your lights are and how the wattage of the light set up will impact your inhabitants, along with tank depth. Bulb type is as important when determining the amount of light you need for certain inhabitants.
