new tank and fish

I just added my first 2 fish (damsels) to a used 75 gal. tank purchased with original water. I know that new fish tend to hide, as mine are doing right now, but is there anything I can do to make them feel more at home? Feeding is not recommended until they are swimming normally, correct?

Keep the lights off in the tank for a few days and attempt to feed them.

Damsels usually come around pretty quickly, sometimes within minutes after release in the new tank. Just give them some nice corals or rocks to hide in if they should choose to do so. I would feed just a flake or two of dry food to get them to come around.
