New tank help..

I just bought a 55 gallon tank that had been up and running for about a year. I have sucessfully moved the tank, using the same water. (Everything is perfect!) The guy who use to own the tank only had about 20 lbs of live rock in the tank so I wanted to add an additional 30 lbs or so. How should i go about doing this without killing my fish?

I think you are missing what I am asking...
Will adding new live rock kill my fish? I thought maybe the new rock would cycle and kill the fish. I was asking how to add new rock to my existing rock without killing my fish..

I do believe that your question was answered. Cured rock = no cycle as long as it is placed directly from one tank to another. Uncured rock means uncycled = dead fish.
