I recently set up a 30 long for my sons room. Granted he is only a month old, but it gave me a good excuse to add a new tank to my collection. We have decorated his room in fish decor and well anyway...I have already added a pair of clown fish and need some advice or insight on some tank mates. Any sugestions???

I would also like to add that a royal gramma or a sixline wrasse might be a good choice too. They are colorful and full of personality.
I'm going to get a firefish for my 30 as soon as one becomes available either here or at my LFS...they must be more popular than I thought since I can't seem to find one. :p

another great one are the scooter blennies, esp the red varities. very peaceful fish, the reds have nice color and are fun to watch.

waterfaller, have you had success keeping fire gobies together? If so, did you purchase them from the same tank? introduce them at the same time? Did they appear to be a mated pair? Everything Ive read says one will eventually kill the other but if someone has had success keeping them together, I'd like to know (might want to try it if it isnt doomed)!
for irish, I highly recommend the yellow clown goby!

Well I do appreciate the insight. I like the idea of royal gramma and will definately have to look into a goby of some sort...Thanks guys.
