Hold on. Fish only?
You could shorten that list by one remora skimmer and the PC lighting if you want. Regular strip lighting will work.
Up the sand bed to 4-5 inches
And either a canister filter, refegium, or HOB filter like an emperor or topfin. Powerheads to reach 480 GPH. (You can add in your filter water movement for this figure as well.)
With fish only you can get away with less.....unless you plan on going reef and stick to the first lis except sand bed still 4 inches.
