New Tank, Who Has To Go?

The tank is actually 6 months old. It is a 150 gallon with built in overflows and dual returns. The previous owner was only using it for a FOWLR and I want to use it for a reef.
The tank had:
1 dogface puffer
1 niger Trigger
1 spiny sea urchin
1 chocolate chip starfish
1 yellow tang
1 blenny (not sure type - he is orange)
None of the fish are in the tank yet sine we just moved it. I am thinking that the only inhabitants that can stay are the tang and blenny.
I can use some help on this so all replies are welcome.
Thanks,
Krash

IMO since the tank has been moved and a trip to the LFS is in order to get rid of the non reef safe fish I would just return all the fish and allow this tank to settle back in from the move and monitor the parameters of the tank for any potential water quality problems.
In the mean time setup a QT tank and begin research on just what fish you may or may not want and then QT all new choices. By the time you get done doing all this the main tank will have been fish less for a month or so and most likely pathogen/disease free for the first fish additions.
Good luck with your new tank.
