New tank

I am new at this hobby and was amazed at all the additives. What equipment and additives would I need for a thirty gallon tank with the following inhabitants.
2 firefish gobies
3 neon gobies
3 cleaner clams
5 peppermint shrimp
10 zebra hermit crabs
1 mouse cowrie
45 pounds of live rock
3 inches of live sand.
Any comments appreciated. Would my clean up crew starve from not enough live rock?

I think you should be ok.
Just do regular water changes and you will get everything you need out of the new salt that is added.
Thats whats nice about this hobby is that there are so many ways to end up with good results. There are some people who have large refugiums who don't do water changes at all, keep their nitrates at zero and test for calcium and everything else and add it back as it is depleted by their skimmer, fuge, and corals.

how about equipment
