I want to buy a new 70 gallon tank with a 20 gallon sump but im not sure if i should get it because i live in a 2 story Apt. and i live on the second story, i was wondering if it would be to much weight. what do you suggest because its a great deal.
the tank comes with more stuff and 4-55 watts bulbs (they are not metal halides) could i put any corals and anemones with these lights?

I'd like to know about this too. I currently have a 55 gallon and I'm on the 2nd floor of an appartment. I'm scared to go any bigger, and since I'm putting my first fish in the DT tomorow, I don't have any plans of going bigger any time soon.

I had a 75 running in my 2nd story bedroom. It didn't fall threw the floor. That being said you probably should ask a builder or someone who knows what they're talking about and knows the layout of the building.
As far as the lights you could have soft corals and some LPS. It would depend on the anemone.

I have a 26 gallon tank almost 8 months old can I put the water, LR, LS,and the live stock rigth away into the new tank or do I have to wait untill the tank cycles?

I would be cautious doing that. Your new tank still could go through a mini cycle especially if the sand gets stirred up.
