Acclimation time refers to how long a fish should be floated in its bag and drip acclimated before being released into the tank.

do the drip method, take a bucket put the fish and water in it. get some air tubing hose put 1 end in the tank make a knot someplace in it get the water flowing tighten the knot so it drops a drop or 2 a sec into the bucket. certain fish require longer times

usually takes about a couple hours for fish longer for inverts.depending of how far off the lfs water levels are from your tank's levels..

I will be transferin all my fish in a 5g bucket. So i need to put drops of my water into the bucket for what ever the time the lfs prefers.

its a smaller tank that goes underneath your tank. you will have to get a overflow box. the water will syphon the the box down to the sump where you will keep your skimmer, heater, pre filter pad and return pump. the pump will then pump the water back to your tank. it keeps all the stuff out of site. going this way you wont need you 400 but alot of lr
