new tank

Hi,
I just setup my first saltwater tank, 24g nano cube, I have a few questions:
1. How long does it to finish cycling?
2. How do I know the "live rock" os "alive"?
3. Do I need to put "food" for live rock? such as live copepods
4. What would be the first "live stock" I put in before the fish?
I am very new to this, sorry for the questions..thanks

hi,
I just realized that there are some "worms" in the tank, (pretty gross LOL), they are very tiny in white. what are those and what can I do with them? thanks

They are too tiny I could not even take pic, they are just like white dot... thanks
