New Tessleletted eel!

Yea I finally got a Tesselated eel that Ive been waiting for for months! He is about 31" long now & amazing in coloration & behavior! Its almost like having a little sea monster in your house until you get used to it! Very cool though. Here is a pic or 2, my only comment is man that eel can eat! I got him just over a week ago & he still wont stop eating. There has yet to be a time when he wont eatt, I read that your supposed to feed them to saturation but he never stops! Oh well I guess thats a good problem.

Thanks, ill post more pics when I get some. The tank is a 75, I know its waaaay too small! I will be setting up a larger tank later this year, prob a 210.

great looking eel.
Remember no tankmates, keep the tanktop secured and finally watch your hands when your in the tank. I've heard many a story of people gettin bitten by these eels. they are the ultimate in aggressive fish
