+1 ... besides, you need to break in the lights and get the corals used to the new lighting.

My husband would really like me to get a clam for my 125 gallon, of course I would to, but I was wondering if MY lights would be up to the standards also? I've got 2 coralife lunar 36 inch with the standard bulbs that came with it...would these be okay?

Dang! That's what I told my husband today too. Could I just get better bulbs? Or a whole new fixture? I've got a 55 gallon tall that I've got a 48 inch Marineland T5 HO on...I've been tossing around the idea of getting a new fixture for it because it's loud and it drives me insane. Ideas?

Yeah you are going to want to get a good halide fixture with probably 2 150 or 250 watt bulbs. Or a nice TEK 6 x 54 watt T5HO fixture.

I do have some wild clams that came with my live rock in my 125 that I've had for about 6mo...I'm assuming they're different, right?

Cool, I still like them. They open and shut when I get too close and sometimes wiggle around.
