New to saltwater tank

Hi everyone
I have been reading and watching videos about this awesome hobby .I was thinking about starting a 55 gallon saltwater tank .But i really don't have enough room for something like that .And i'm going to move soon .So now i'm thinking about something smaller maybe 29,36 or 40 gallon max .My question is can you please help me to know what would i need for something like this ?What kinda filter ?skimmer?live rock?live sand ?....I'm planing to have corals and some fish .
And how much would something like this cost ?

Look for a tank that isn't as skinny & tall as the standard 55 or 29. There are some nice cubes on the market these days and the front to back depth of these type tanks make it easier to aquascape into something more natural looking.
I will warn you in advance that the smaller the tank the quicker things go wrong. That massively increases the difficulty level for someone new to the hobby.
