Okay so I have the refugium running. Why is it so loud the water going into the refugium is the noise maker. Help me fix this

The solution depends on where the noise is coming from, and how the overflow and plumbing is set up. Give a better description and we'll have some solutions.

Okay so its a 20g long I have the return pump on the left side and on the right side is where the water goes in. The water seems to be flowing into the tank to hard. Hope I make sense

If your flow is too strong you will need to throttle back your return pump. Put a gate or stopcock valve on the return line to the display and then gradually turn down the flow. I assume from you answer that you aren't getting a sucking sound, right?

There are various designs which allow air into the drain but trap the noise. called stand pipes. One very common is the durso stand pipe. Plus you may have to put the outlet of the drain slightly below the water line of the refugium. So water doesn't splash creating noise.

I fixed it like you said just had to put it in the water. Thanks my ammonia, nitrites and ph are at correct levels going to test nitrates
