Newb Anemone Question

I bought a Hatian Pink Tipped Anemone today but i noticed the tips arent pink... Is this a bad thing?

What color are the tips. Are you sure it is a pink tipped haitian? What type and how much lighting do you have?

The ends are like a tanish the same as the other tenacles it is eating and stuff i have normal florecent lights

I don't know anything about the tips not being pink, unless it isn't really a pink-tipped haitian, but your lighting isn't sufficient enough to have anemones. You'll need to upgrade your lights if you want to keep that anemone and have it live for a long time. But for now, put it at the top of the tank, as close to the lights as possible.
You can check out this site for better lights for that anemone if you decide to keep it.
