Thanks guys, it has been a whole lot of fun establishing this environment!! Come to think of it, just because I don't see my duster, doesn't mean that it is not there any longer, I have read that they will drop their heads and leave their tubes to relocate to a better spot in the tank... it could be anywhere! I hope so!! So far as the water parameters go, I have not tested in a couple of days, i'll post them later...
Anyone familiar with Q-Tip sponges??? They are in my tank all over the place!! I have read that they are indeed beneficial filter feeders, although to have such a poppulation...maybe 25 alone in my filter box?? Mostly all are small, only a couple are about 1/2" long. Does anyone know of any means of controling them? Any input helps, Thank you!!

Didnt read the whole thread lol, but the tank is nice. I like the little aquascaping and the placing of the Zoas. Still using the stocvk lighting?

Thanks rebel, The Scaping took a little work, I broke down one of my LR to create a shelf system from the original towers of rock I had, broke it into roughly 10 pieces. It suits the tank much better now, and yes, I replaced the stock 13 watt 50/50 with a Nova Extreme T5HO 36 Watt to sustain more corals. Easy job, drilled 5 holes in the hood to retrofit and boom, nice clean looking system. I do agree that the back in black would look good, never thought of that one b4. The tank is acrylic, would paint toxins leach into the system? Is the paint something I would find at my lfs, or simply the home depot?
Thanks again!
