newbie LR question

Here is another silly newbie question. Im curious about how heavy LR is. I would like some idea as to what a peice of LR about the size of a volley ball would weigh. Is it real dense?

Depends on ype also, a volley ball size piece of tonga is only about 7lbs, my lfs has indo that is superdense, I bought one volleyball size piece and it wieghed 21 lbs. Fiji however 10-15lbs
