Newbie questions about test and supplements?

My tank has been up and running now for about 3 months, and only 3 weeks removed from finishing cycling. Last week I notice that since Ive added some inverts, one in particular the emerald crab. When he eats he is breaking parts of my LR. Also it is turning white. Now my questions are besides testing for the tates', ammonia, ph, alk, and saltinlty. What else should I be testing for in a FO tank. And what supplements should be added to my tank to improve the condition of the water, LR, inverts and fish.

Calcium is also important to test for. There is a balance between ALK and Ca that should be maintained for a healthy tank.
For additional supplements I suggest water changes.
