newbie to lighting w/questions??

Ok, I want to start a reef soon and I'm fixing to be getting a canopy with 4 lights. I know that I need 3 watts per gallon and I have a 37 gallon cube. I would like to have the affect of sunrise to sunset with moonlight. I have found a site that has 30 watt VHO bulbs with these names. Superactinic R, Actinic White and Aquasun. I don't know exactly what all of this means so I would like someone to explain to me please and tell me if I want any of these bulbs. I would like MH and Lunar lighting and don't know if these bulbs are another name for any of those. If not, can someone please guide me on where to go to get these. Those VHO's your talking about is just an supplement lighting along with MH's that you want. All you really need is some VHO URI SuperActinics, no need for the white really IMO. Then just one MH bulb would do for ya, then your lunar lights. Good Luck! :happyfish
