Look up Eric borneman fish food recipe. I think he also has a coral food recipe. If you can't find it I'll type out my own fish food recipe.

It's soooo hard to wait, but I know it's worth it. I'm counting down the time until I can a Bubble Tip anemone. On my calendar, each Sunday marks off another week that the aquarium has been set up. Today it's exactly 2 months and 2 weeks old. I have a looooong way to go before it'll be ready for the anemone. I'm having fun in the mean time adding a snails, a couple of shrimp, a couple of crabs, and a handful of fish.
I'm learning sooooo much in the mean time. I kind of laugh because as I learn more, I keep switching to different equipment (if I had learned more in the beginning I probably wouldn't have waisted so much money of useless stuff... in my spare parts box I now have 2 different types of hydrometers (I upgraded to a refractometer), a glass thermometer (I upgraded to digital), 3 really cheap algae scrapers (I upgraded to a MagFloat), some miscellaneous filtration stuff, and various other bits and pieces.
When choosing fish, I've definitely been using SWF.com as a resource but I've also been using a book called

What Fish? A Buyer's Guide to Marine Fish: Essential Information to Help You Choose the Right Fish for Your Marine Aquarium
