Unless you can relocate the fish to be treated, I am afraid your dont have any options.
There are some products that claim to rid ich and are reef safe. There is mixed reviews on these products, some report success, others report no change and some report problems with inverts and corals. Its important to know that these reef safe products do not kill ich but seem to help your fish fight off the attacking parasite.

ok well ...let me put it like this....lets say $$$ is not an opition to me at this point so are u suggesting i purchase a new Qt and start the process there today...and if so if some1 on here wouldn't mind break it down for me in retard so i can understand...I mean its the start process of the ich I just started noticing the white little cysts. I feel so bad just looking at the fish and not knowing where to starts...I noticed too that she tries to go to the cleaner shrimp today but the shrimp don't do ----.....and they say they help cleanse parsite from fish..

Hobbyists who have reef systems just need to have quarantines set up. Hyposalinity is the best course of action. You will have to treat all the fish that have been exposed. There is no easy solution in this case.

Like I said in my very first post my QT tank had a leak in it...didn't think a problem would occur so soon...but thats how stuff usually happens right....ok so hypo is the best solution then when i get my QT tonight should I start the salinity the same as the display tank or a bit lower...how frequenlty should i do water changes to get it slainty lower...

as well none of the other fish are acting weird or have any of the cysts feature like the bllue.tang, but i'm assuming now she's some what of the host and as soon as i pull her out your telling me that the parasite will host to my next weakest fish....and do i have to worry about my corals and inverts

Yes, ich will host any of your fish. The next weakest being the first in line. How many fish do you have in the tank and what are they? You can try a reef safe med while you cycle a QT large enough for ALL of your fish.

Anyways, went to the LFS and bought 2 new QT's, 1 20 gal and the other a 10 gal. Started treatment on the Regal tang and i noticed something on 1 of the other fish just to play it safe so i put hime in the 10 gal to see if any issues come up with him in the next few days....Anyways, thx to those who gave their input in my stressful day yesterday

Do you have other fish? If so then they all have to be treated or you will be sending these fish back into a tank full of ich, even if you do not notice it on the others.

are you serious? shouldn't i just see if anything developes. I have five fish in total and the regal blue only had two lil cysts 2 days ago and 1 cyst before i put her in the QT. Every1 else fine no white spots haven't seen scratching on the rocks. If your suggesting me put all 5 in QT then what.....start tretaing my DT ...or simply treat them in the QT...I'm new at this....and wouldn't QT them in a smaller tank get them to fight...I bought a 20 gal and a 10 gal..
Fish - False Percula, Hawaian spotted puffer, white sand goby, blue damsel, blue regal tang

I wouldn't try fitting them all in that small of tanks either. I am just letting you know that if you do not remove all of the fish then the ich will continue to live and reproduce in the display. When the fish that you are treating now go back in they may very well get reinfected.

You wouldn't have to treat the display with anything. Ich can only feed from fish. They will die without the host. No fish = No host.

Thanks you have been very helpful i totally understand now...One more question then ...so there is no possible chance ick can live on an invert(my cleaner shrimp, snail, crabs.etc) corals, anenomes,LR or LS

I think the general idea is that if you leave your DT without fish for 6 weeks, the ich will die automatically because it won't have anything to feed on. You can leave the inverts alone.

Sounds good. Be sure to keep an eye on your water readings and do water changes as needed. If you are treating with hypo then just keep some water mixed at 1.009 for water changes. Be sure to watch the PH while you are treating the fish. It can drop with less salt in the water.
