Thanks. Actually I've had him for 3 weeks. It's the coral beauty and the clown tang that I added yesterday.

Thanks again. Here's my hippo tang. Had a horrible case of ich a few weeks ago, cleared up beautifully, but as you can see he's still a bit scarred but getting better every day.

$24.99! And I paid $29.99 for the clown tang. I've been wasting money at a local LFS when I could have been going to Petland all this time. They have a 6" Naso Tang for $49.00 that the LFS is selling for $99.00!

That's good. How did you cure it?

Believe it or not, by extra heavy feedings (I'd just read about that elsewhere on this site), raising the temp to 84* and keeping my salinity at 1.019. He mostly beat it himself, being a 6" adult he's pretty hardy, I just helped him along. Even at his worst he ate like a pig. He'd be hanging upside down, begging his tankmates to pick the parasites off of him, it was pathetic. But as soon as I put food in the tank he went nuts. Took about 4 days and he was back to normal, then my cleaner wrasse picked off what was left of the parasites.
