How about a nice pistol shrimp for your goby. They are always good for entertainment!

I would pick something that will be able to hold its own against the clown and the damsel in case they are the typical territorial fish they tend to be. After being well established in that tank they are probably going to be real hard on any newcomers.

what about a nice pygmy angle? or a 6 line wrasse or a lawnmower blenni or a mate for ur clarkii or maybe something yellow.

I like all the above suggestions, especially the pygmy angel. If it were me, I'd get the damsel out. You'll want to eventually, they are monsters. Here's another active thread, there are hundreds like this.
