do you have red slime?in the corners of the second picture it looks like you do.

Hey thanks! I really like my tank too.
I do / did have red slime. Think I was feeding too much and I cut back to once every other day. That seems to help things. Plus I was feeding flake, which I am going to stop.
Its a 24 gallon tank

yeah the flakes are bad. formula one food is the best. good thing it's clearing up... I had the red slime really bad and everything i did wouldn't help, so i used chemi-clean red slime remover. Just telling ya in case you aren't able to get rid of it. but once again I Love love loooooove the tank!

flakes cause red slime??? O have red slime and i feed tetra min pro flakes, is that bad

that's what I have been told. I don't use the flakes anymore.

Thanks everyone, appreciate the comments. Tanks been up for about 3.5 months now. Seems to be coming along pretty good.
Tank has:
true perc
green clown goby
royal gramma
yellow head jawfish
cleaner shrimp
fire shrimp
CBS shrimp
Seems like a lot, I know, but I am done adding, maybe just a coral or two. =]
