Niger trigger with white fungus and swimming fin not moving

my H butterfly is niping on it the swimming fin. I think is eating the parasites or whatever is on him.
Should I take him to the hospital tank and treat with Marcy 2?
he is not eating now.

If another fish is picking on him, then you will likely have o separate him. Can you post a picture?

Aren't Heniochus Butterfly peaceful fish? why is he attacking the trigger?
I try to take some pics but after work the trigger is sleeping in the Live rock cave. I will try again tonight
