Night time

Just curious after one of the photography posts i saw. Do any of you leave on your actinics through the night. My lights are totally of at night. Not that i could leave them on its a PC so its either on or off. once again just curious but i'd appreciate the info...i'm sucking up all info i can I'm moving to the big 180gal.

I don't know of anyone who leaves their daytime lights on at night. To the contrary, fish and coral are used to light schedule of sunrise to sunset and do require some non-light time to "rest".
For those who want to be able to look around after normal lights out time there are "moon light" bulbs available.
