Nitrate Help?

My tank has been up for about 2 years. My nitrate level has always been high. Water changes don't seem to help maby not large enough change? Any help would be great.

I do a 10% water change weekly on my tank, keeps the nitrates in check. What kind of filtration are you using, also are you using sand or crushed coral?

What size tank do you have, filtration? bioload? sandbed, protein skimmer? over feeding?
