nitrate is scaring me

55g 3 months old
I have 2 perculas, 1 orange sponge, 1 coral banded, 1 hammer coral, 1 mushroom.
60lb of lr, 25lb of agronite cruch coral, 6lb of ls i use ro water, water changes every two weeks 10 or more galons, turbofloto 1000 skimmer on sump 24/7
feed my fish once a day making sure there is nothing left filter midia i use is activated filter carbon, de-nitrate and phosguard. my hairy algea is fading away and there is new grown of good stuff in my lr "plants, vines with bubbles on it and some other thing that look like feathers" any suggestions please

Fish can definately live in a 30ppm nitrate level but sooner or later you will have an algae outbreak.

So if I remove my carbon, de-nitrate and
phosguard what can I use for bacteria growth I don't have bio balls or anything like that in my sump.

hey Old Yeller Tang I was looking around some info on the caulerpa and I think that is one of the plants I describe on my 1st post.
