Ok my tank finally hit the big 0

BUT
my Nitrate went down to 0 also. I thought that it was supposed to go up not down? Do I have some good cycling going on here? Extra sand bed and lots of rocks must of helped out in my favor.
I also think that anemone was not looking good and acting weird so I saved him and took him back. They said he looked fine but I wanted to get some more hardy things versus that one.

nitrate can reach zero, it can be taken care of by algae build up in your tank, and since you shouldn't be stocked right now - there should be no problem.
One chemical is another creatures food... the cycle of life.

an anemone in a tank that was still in cycle?
They should only be added after 6 months of perfect water. Also make sure the lighting is powerful enough for it.
