I am alittle confused right now. I am cycling my 14g Biocube, My ammonia is almost at 0 my PH is at 8.4 and my nitrates and Nitrites are at 0. Has my tank completed its cycle and is it ready for fish?

Is this the first test you've done? How long has the tank been cycling for?
Typically during the cycle process you will see fluctuations of ammonia, trites and trates. Waiting to see these levels disappear is part of the patients game, but waiting for a while after everything has zero'd out is also part of the waiting game. After a few days if there is still no readable traces or just some nitrates then I would say your tank is cycled. HTH.

I have tested the water 3 days ago and had all zero levels as well. I am in no real hurry to purchase fish I was just wondering

If all 3 are at 0 now and at some point you did have a measurable level of ammonia, then I would say yes you're cycle is done.

Ammonia is already present...
Ammonia would not come down unless u have nitrites & finally nitrates..Resulting in a cycled tank..
