I went the entire month without any sort of "adult" beverage. Not really sure what possessed me to due so, but here I am.
The big question, It's March 1, what should I have tonight?

I say go on a tequila and whiskey bender. A bottle of patron, and a bottle of Jack Daniel's.
After that you'll want to quit for another month

I have went the last 10 1/2 years without a drop of alcohol. IMO booze is by far one of the worst things in the world to put in one's body, but it's your liver, so drink up.

Very commendable, however alcohol in moderation has been proven to be beneficial to the heart as I'm sure you know....Particularly my favorite, Red Wine....I would consider myself very moderate.
